• As a showroom employee, you are an ambassador for our products. You are familiar with all the possibilities of ceramic tiles as floor and wall coverings.

• You are almost perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French. English is an asset.

• You are eager to learn everything about the products you represent.

• Experience in sales and technical knowledge of ceramic tiles, natural stone, parquet, vinyl and laminate are an advantage.

• You are available to start immediately.

Your role

As a sales advisor in our showroom, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and greeting customers

• Listening to customer needs and advising them professionally to make the right choice together from our extensive range

• Following up customers from quotation through payment and delivery

• Responding quickly and accurately to customer questions, face-to-face, by phone or by email

• Managing your own client portfolio, including architects, flooring specialists and professional contractors

• Managing the showroom: keeping collections and presentations up to date

Interior Architect

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in (interior) architecture or interior design, or equivalent through experience

• You enjoy working with interiors

• Several years of experience in the project market; reading and understanding specifications is essential

• Strong performance mindset and high standards for your own work

• Curious about the latest trends, styles and materials

• Interest in understanding the technical finishing of projects

• Proactive, communicative and commercially minded

• Motivated, enthusiastic, forward-thinking and solution-oriented

• Able to respect deadlines and maintain an overview of multiple projects

• Almost perfectly bilingual Dutch/French; English is an asset

• Customer-oriented and dynamic, demonstrating strong drive

• Eager to gain in-depth knowledge of the products you represent

• Technical knowledge of ceramic tiles, natural stone, parquet, vinyl and laminate is an advantage

• Willing to work on Saturdays, driven by passion for the job

Your role

• You are the first point of contact for clients in our large showroom and guide them personally with high-quality, creative and tailored advice

• You follow projects from A to Z and help clients make the right choices thanks to your technical expertise

• You build strong relationships of trust and take on significant responsibilities

• You help define the look & feel, materials and technical elements of designs

• You maintain contact with suppliers regarding materials, finishes, decoration, etc.

• You prepare flawless quotations and ensure proactive follow-up

• You work closely with management, colleagues and suppliers to deliver strong and unique designs

• Together with the Carro Casa team, you contribute to the look and atmosphere of the showroom and to specific actions and initiatives
