Cayman shower channel is the latest addition to the Carrodrain family. The minimalism of this discreet powerhouse is reminiscent of the techniques used by a caiman in nature: floating almost invisibly under the water surface, but always ready for a top performance. The design is inspired by the Carrodrain Classic shower channel, the very first shower channel from Carrodrain from 2009. However, the Cayman shower channel uses the latest technology of the Carrodrain Twiggi shower channel. Due to the smart production method of the grid, the Carrodrain Cayman shower channel is very democratically priced.
Technical information

The Cayman shower channel is available in five lengths: 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100 cm grid length. The gross installation dimension is always 10 cm longer due to the Kerlox waterproofing edge all around. Each Cayman shower channel is available in stainless steel or with a black epoxy coating: the Cayman Black Edition! This way you get the best of both worlds. Belgian top design at a great price. The Cayman comes in a complete installation package, just like the Twiggi. With its drainage flow rate of 31 litres per minute and an installation height of just 62 mm – including the grid – the Carrodrain Cayman shower channel is truly unique in its kind!
Waterproof with Kerlox

Combine the Cayman shower channel with Kerlox to guarantee watertightness. Kerlox is a flexible waterproofing membrane for walls and floors in bathrooms. Kerlox is produced on the basis of thermoplastic polyolefin EVAC, reinforced on both sides with a layer of non-woven polypropylene (PP) fibres for perfect adhesion to cement-based tile adhesives. Polyolefin EVAC is a thermally stable and high-quality plastic that is odourless and non-porous.
